Working with me
My goal is to help you and what that will look like depends on what you are looking to change, your context, and who you are. So, I tailor my facilitation, coaching, and consulting to you.
That said, here's generally what you can expect if you work with me:
-
Every group is different, so I don't run the same workshop twice. Before we meet, I'll spend time understanding your goals, talking with stakeholders, and designing an agenda that fits your people and your context.
Sessions combine individual reflection, small-group work, and full-group discussion. I come with a plan, but I adapt as the conversation unfolds. My role is to guide the process, ask thoughtful questions, manage group dynamics, and help your team have the conversations that matter most.
Most engagements take place indoors, though I often incorporate time outside when it supports reflection or connection. For expedition-style leadership experiences, I partner with Cairn Leadership Strategies.
Whether it's a single retreat or a longer engagement, the goal is the same: helping your group make meaningful progress and leave with clear next steps.
-
Coaching creates space to step back, think clearly, and lead with greater intention. Whether you're navigating a transition, taking on a new role, or feeling stuck, coaching helps turn reflection into action.
Together we'll explore what's getting in your way, how you want to show up, and what changes will have the greatest impact. When helpful, I use assessments such as Hogan, Myers-Briggs, and DiSC to deepen self-awareness and spark better conversations.
My goal isn't simply insight—it's helping you build practical habits that last. Most coaching engagements run three to six months with weekly or biweekly sessions.

Organizations are complex systems, and the obvious problem isn't always the real one. What looks like a communication issue may actually be unclear roles, competing priorities, or misaligned incentives.
I begin by understanding how your organization works—talking with leaders and staff, reviewing processes, and identifying where work gets stuck. Together we'll identify the patterns that matter most and develop practical solutions that fit your culture.
That might involve clarifying roles, improving decision-making, redesigning processes, or building communication skills through programs like Crucial Conversations.
The goal is straightforward: help leaders make better decisions and create healthier, more effective organizations.
The first step is simply a conversation. We'll talk about what you're hoping to accomplish, I'll answer any questions you have, and together we'll decide whether it makes sense to work together. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you—and, when I can, point you toward someone who may be.
