Slow Down.

See Clearly.

Move Forward.

Facilitation, Coaching, Consulting

The point of any retreat, coaching session, or organizational development effort is to change something. Maybe you're trying to set a new direction. Maybe your leadership team has stopped listening to one another. Maybe you're navigating a difficult transition or wrestling with a problem that no one seems to be able to name. But the process is always the same - you need to figure out a new way of seeing things.

My job is to help you do that.

The outdoors as a place to think differently.

I work with leaders, teams, and organizations who are trying to navigate something genuinely hard — and who suspect that the way they've been thinking about it might be part of the problem. What I do is help you understand your thinking, how your team is understanding the situation, and how your organization might be shaping your perspective. I often do this outside.

Hi. I’m Richard Glass.

During my 20 years of experience across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the US, I've facilitated international workshops on disaster readiness and response, explored the leadership lessons of Gettysburg with humanitarian leaders, and led strategic planning sessions for countries navigating political transitions.

This work has taught me to create spaces that help people broaden their perspectives, encourage a new awareness of their context, and move towards impactful and achievable next steps. Drawing on an experiential approach, I've found the most transformative events are outside, challenging, and reflective.

Not sure if this is what you need? Well, that is a fine place to start a conversation.
